These materials may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes without the prior written consent of Elevate Models Dubai or the respective model who owns the rights to such material.

5. User Contributions

The Website may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, "post") content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Website.

7. Model Booking and Services

7.1. Model Representation

Elevate Models Dubai represents professional models and talents. All models represented by Elevate Models Dubai have entered into separate representation agreements that govern their relationship with the agency.

7.2. Booking Process

Clients who wish to book models through Elevate Models Dubai must follow our booking process, which includes:

• Submitting a booking request with details about the assignment, including date, time, location, services required, and budget
• Receiving confirmation and rate information from Elevate Models Dubai
• Agreeing to the booking terms and signing a booking contract
• Paying any required deposits or fees as specified in the booking contract

Elevate Models Dubai reserves the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion.

7.3. Fees and Payments

Clients agree to pay the fees specified in the booking contract. Payment terms will be outlined in the contract and may include:

• Deposits required to secure bookings
• Payment deadlines
• Acceptable payment methods
• Late payment penalties

All fees are exclusive of any taxes, which will be charged additionally where applicable.

7.4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be specified in the booking contract. Generally, cancellations made with insufficient notice will result in cancellation fees as outlined in the contract.

8. Third-Party Links and Content

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Elevate Models Dubai.

Elevate Models Dubai has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
