At Elevate Models Dubai, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with all our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our various services, including model bookings, portfolio development services, and training programs.

We encourage all clients to review this policy carefully before engaging our services. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Model Booking Services

Deposits and Booking Fees

When booking models through Elevate Models Dubai, clients are typically required to pay a deposit or booking fee to secure the booking. Our policy regarding these payments is as follows:

  • Standard Cancellation Policy: If a client cancels a booking more than 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled start time, the deposit will be refunded minus a 15% administrative fee.
  • Late Cancellation: If a client cancels a booking less than 48 hours (2 business days) but more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, 50% of the deposit will be retained, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation: If a client cancels a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the full deposit will be retained, and no refund will be issued.

Full Payment Refunds

For bookings where full payment has been made in advance:

  • Client Cancellation: The above cancellation policy for deposits applies to the full payment amount.
  • Model No-Show: If a model fails to appear for a confirmed booking without legitimate cause, a full refund will be provided to the client, or a replacement model will be offered at the client's discretion.
  • Agency Cancellation: If Elevate Models Dubai needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule the booking at the client's preference.

Important Note: For major commercial campaigns, fashion shows, or other large-scale bookings, custom cancellation and refund terms may apply. These terms will be clearly communicated in the booking contract.

Portfolio Development Services

Elevate Models Dubai offers various portfolio development services including photography sessions, styling, and portfolio composition. Our refund policy for these services is as follows:

Photography Sessions

  • Cancellation Policy: If a model or client cancels a scheduled photography session more than 72 hours (3 business days) before the session, a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued.
  • Rescheduling: If a model or client needs to reschedule a session, we require at least 48 hours (2 business days) notice. The first rescheduling is free of charge; subsequent rescheduling will incur a fee of 15% of the service cost.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a 50% refund.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Portfolio Materials and Services

  • Digital Editing and Portfolio Compilation: Once the editing process has begun, no refund will be provided for these services.
  • Physical Portfolios and Printed Materials: Orders for physical portfolios, comp cards, and other printed materials cannot be refunded once production has begun.
  • Unsatisfactory Results: If a client is not satisfied with the quality of photography or editing services, we will offer a revision or touch-up session at no additional cost, subject to reasonable requests and limitations.

Model Training and Development Programs

Elevate Models Dubai offers various training programs for aspiring models. Our refund policy for these programs is as follows:

Group Training Sessions and Workshops

  • Early Cancellation: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee if cancelled more than 7 days before the program start date.
  • Late Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled between 3-7 days before the program start date.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation: No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the program start date.
  • Attendance Issues: No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or partial attendance.

Individual Training and Coaching

  • Cancellation Policy: For individual coaching and training sessions, we require 48 hours (2 business days) notice for cancellation to be eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours notice. The first rescheduling is free of charge; subsequent rescheduling will incur a fee of 15% of the session cost.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a 50% refund.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Long-Term Development Programs

For our comprehensive development programs that span multiple weeks or months:

  • Withdrawal Within First Week: 70% refund if a participant withdraws within the first week of the program.
  • Withdrawal Within Second Week: 50% refund if a participant withdraws within the second week of the program.
  • Withdrawal After Second Week: No refunds will be issued after the second week of the program.
  • Installment Plans: For programs paid in installments, this policy applies only to amounts already paid; future installments will be cancelled upon withdrawal.

Digital Products and Online Services

Elevate Models Dubai may offer digital products, online courses, or subscription services. Our refund policy for these offerings is as follows:

Digital Products and Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • If you are unable to download or access the digital product due to technical issues on our end, we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

Online Courses and Webinars

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for our online courses. If you are not satisfied with the course content within 7 days of purchase and have completed less than 25% of the course, you may request a full refund.
  • Live Webinars: Refunds for live webinar registrations will be issued if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be provided after this time, but access to the recording will still be granted if applicable.

Subscription Services

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further charges will be made for future billing periods.
  • There is no pro-rated refund for unused portions of the current billing period when a subscription is cancelled.

Force Majeure

In cases where services cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemic-related restrictions, or other force majeure events):

  • We will attempt to reschedule the service to a mutually agreeable date.
  • If rescheduling is not possible or desired by the client, we will issue a credit valid for 12 months for equivalent services.
  • If neither solution is acceptable, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for any of our services:

  3. Explain the reason for your refund request.
  4. Include any relevant documentation or evidence to support your request.

We aim to process all refund requests within 7-10 business days. Once approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In the following situations, we may consider refund requests that fall outside our standard policy:

  • Medical Emergencies: With proper documentation, we may provide full refunds or credits for services cancelled due to serious medical emergencies.
  • Bereavement: In cases of a death in the immediate family, we will work with you to provide appropriate accommodations or refunds.
  • Service Quality Issues: If our services fail to meet reasonable professional standards, we will work to resolve the issue through additional services, partial refunds, or full refunds as appropriate to the situation.

These exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and require appropriate documentation.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
